How do you control my costs for emergency repairs after hours?
First, we determine if service is actually required. If all troubleshooting attempts fail, we will dispatch service. Our service technicians are advised to correct the immediate problem as quickly as possible, and they are given a strict "not to exceed," within a pre-established limit that our customers are comfortable with.

We have over 5,000 service vendors throughout the United States. Our vendors have been pre-screened to determine a.) that they have appropriate insurance; and b.) that they are the most competent people in the area.
